8 ounces linguini, fettucini, spaghetti, or other pasta
1 10-ounce package frozen asparagus spears
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup Fat Free plain yogurt
½ cup dry white wine
2 Tablespoons diet margarine, melted
6 ounces thinly sliced proscuitto or very thinly sliced smoked ham, cut into 1-inch-wide strips (take off any visible fat on the prosciutto)
Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Cook pasta in large amount of boiling, lightly salted water about 10 - 12 minutes (according to pkg directions) or till tender.
Meanwhile, cook asparagus, according to package directions just till tender; drain well.
In small bowl combine the ½ cup Parmesan cheese, yogurt, wine, and melted diet margarine; stir in cooked asparagus and prosciutto or ham.
Drain pasta well (do not rinse). Transfer to warm serving platter; toss with cheese mixture.
Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
