Poultry Creamy Chicken Rice Casserole

Recipe Ingredients
6oz pkg. Long grain and wild rice mix
3-4 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 small onion, chopped
16oz. pkg. frozen French style green beans, thawed
1 or 2 cans of mushrooms
8oz can sliced water chestnuts
1 can low fat/fat free Cream of Mushroom soup (or Cream of Chicken or Celery)
8oz low fat/fat free sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese





Recipe Directions
Cook rice according to directions (I don't add any fat to the rice when cooking). Combine rice with next 8 ingredients. Spoon into shallow 3qt. dish. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
