1 1/2 c (8 oz) diced cooked chicken breast
1 1/3 c Skim milk
1 cn 10 3/4 oz Healthy Request Cream of
Chicken Soup
1 c (1-8 oz can) cut green beans
.rinsed and drained
1 c (1-8 oz can) cut carrots,rinsed & drained
1/2 t Poultry seasoning
3/4 c Bisquick Reduced Fat Baking Mix
1 t Dried parsley flakes

In a slow cooker, combine chicken, 1 cup skim milk, chicken soup,green beans, carrots and poultry seasoning. Cover and cook on LOW for 3-4 hous. In a medium bowl, combing baking mix, remaining 1/3 cup
skim milk, and parsley flakes. Mix well. Drop by spoonsful into cooked mixture to form 4 dumplings. Cover and continue to cook on LOW for 45-50 minutes.
For each serving, place 1 dumpling on a serving
plate, and spoon about 3/4 cup chicken mixture over top.
