1/4 c. fat free margerine ( I used I Can't Believe It's Not Butter)
Equal equivalent to 3/4 c sugar
3 egg whites
2 t. vanilla
3 very ripe bananas mashed
1 1/2 c. lowfat buttermilk at room temp.
( I used 2% milk with vinegar in it :)
2 1/4 c. flour
2 t. baking soda
1 t. salt ( I didn't add)
powdered sugar to garnish ( but if you're doing this only put on each piece cause it melts if you're not using the cake right away.)

Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 12 c. bundt pan with non stick cooking spray..set aside.
In a large bowl beat margerine and sugar till light & fluffy. Add egg whites, vanilla, bananas and buttermilk..stir till well combined.
In another bowl add together dry ing. and add to banana mixture until just combined.
Pour into prepared pan and bake 40 - 45 min. until top springs back when lightly touched.
Cool cake in pan 30 min. before taking out of pan..then cool completely before sprinkling conf. sugar on the top.
Makes 12 servings.

Notes: This is a WW recipe but I cut down the cal. & fat even more and it's delicious!!!! Very moist and needs NO frosting.
