8 ounces ground 90% lean turkey or beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 1/4 cups finely chopped celery
1/2 cup (one 2.5 ounce jar) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 1/3 cups (4 Ounces) uncooked minute rice
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 1/3 cups skim Milk

In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, brown meat, onion and celery. Add mushrooms, rice, mushroom soup, and skim milk. Mix well to combine. Lower Heat. Cover. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve at once.
