1 (4 serving) sugar free instant banana pudding
2/3 cup Carnation nonfat dry milk powder
1 1/4 cups water
3 to 4 drops yellow food coloring
1 cup cool whip lit
2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
1 small banana sliced
1 6ounce Keebler pie crust (your choice of chocolate or grahma cracker)

Slice banana into pie crust, spreading out evenly across the bottom.
In a medium bowl combine dry pudding mix, dry milk powder, and water. Mix well, using a wire whisk. Fold in yellow food coloring and Cool Whip Lite. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour mixture into piecrust. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Mary's Note: I did not use a crust, instead put the bananas across the bottom of the glass pie plate, then poured the pudding mixture on top of them. If You like bananas, this is wonderful.
